خط إنتاج مطحنة نفاثة لطحن فحم الخيزران

A bamboo charcoal powder producer in Osaka, Japan needed a finer and more consistent grade for water treatment and cosmetics. They needed D90 11 μm with a narrow distribution, along with two non negotiables: no metallic contamination and no heat damage to the charcoal pore structure.

Inquiry and Sample Test

اتصل العميل آلات مسحوق ملحمة through our website and asked whether a طاحونة نفاثة could hit D90 11 μm in one pass. We ran a trial on their bamboo charcoal at our facility. The feed was pre crushed to a top size near 3 mm and processed on a fluidized bed jet mill with compressed air. Classifier speed and feed rate were fixed during the run so the numbers could be repeated at their own site.

Test Results

The milled powder reached D90 11 μm in a single pass. The recorded distribution is below.

D50: 5.8 μm

D90: 11 μm

The tight spread from D10 to D90 mattered to this buyer. For water treatment media, an oversized tail blocks pores and cuts flow. The narrow cut meant less rework and more consistent lot to lot output.

Why They Bought the Jet Mill

Three points closed the decision. First, a jet mill uses particle to particle impact, so no grinding media enters the product. The powder carries no metal residue, which the cosmetics and food contact grades required. Second, the expanding air jet keeps the milling zone cool, so the charcoal keeps its pore structure and adsorption capacity. Third, the trial ran on a production scale machine, so the settings transferred directly without a scaling gamble. The customer now runs the jet mill as their standard micronizing step for bamboo charcoal products.
