This global supplier of battery materials was on a quest for a high-performance mulino a getto production line to process cobalt oxide (Co3O4). We designed and installed a tailor-made MQW40 jet milling system, specifically engineered for the precise and efficient grinding of high-value, hard-to-process materials like cobalt oxide. The system provided exceptional control over the particle top-cut size, consistently achieving the stringent target of D99: 5.8µm. Furthermore, the robust design and optimized grinding chamber of the MQW35-40 enabled a stable and high output of 700 kg/h.
