Bereidingsmethoden voor boehmiet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Boehmiet is een thermodynamisch metastabiele fase die gemakkelijk dehydrateert bij hoge temperaturen. Als separatorcoating verbetert het de hittebestendigheid, verbetert het de perforatiesterkte en verhoogt het de algehele veiligheid van de batterij. Op elektroden helpt het bramen tijdens het snijproces te verminderen en interne kortsluiting te voorkomen. Bovendien dragen het lage gehalte aan magnetische verontreinigingen, de lage waterabsorptie, het lage soortelijk gewicht en de lage Mohs-hardheid van boehmiet bij aan een verbeterde verwerkingscapaciteit, levensduur, productieopbrengst en verminderde zelfontlading. Om ervoor te zorgen dat deze coatings perfect uniform en effectief zijn, moet het ruwe boehmietpoeder van uitzonderlijk hoge en consistente kwaliteit zijn.
