Karakteristik Permukaan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ilmu dan teknologi serbuk ultrahalus telah muncul sebagai disiplin ilmu baru dalam beberapa tahun terakhir dan merupakan bagian penting dari ilmu material. Meskipun definisinya bervariasi, serbuk dengan ukuran partikel &gt;1 \u03bcm umumnya disebut serbuk mikron; yang berukuran antara 0,1 \u03bcm dan 1 \u03bcm adalah serbuk submikron; dan yang berukuran &lt;100 nm adalah nanopowder.
