Struktur yang terdiri dari beberapa unit tersebut yang tersusun rapat atau longgar dinilai sebagai aglomerat sekunder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2) Teknik Analisis Ukuran Partikel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Metode:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Analisis Ukuran Partikel Difraksi Laser: Metode ini mengukur diameter hidrodinamik partikel dalam suatu medium (biasanya cairan) melalui hamburan cahaya. Metode ini mengukur ukuran tampak aglomerat dalam keadaan terdispersi. Jika ukuran yang diukur dengan difraksi laser secara signifikan lebih besar daripada ukuran partikel primer yang diamati melalui mikroskop elektron, hal ini menunjukkan aglomerasi sekunder yang signifikan dari sampel dalam air atau pelarut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Difraksi Sinar-X (XRD) menganalisis pelebaran puncak difraksi dari kristalit. Peneliti\/kita dapat menerapkan persamaan Scherrer pada pengukuran ini untuk menghitung ukuran kristalit partikel primer. Jika ukurannya berdekatan, ini menunjukkan dispersi yang baik, dengan material yang sebagian besar berupa partikel primer. Jika ukuran aglomerat jauh lebih besar daripada ukuran kristalit, ini menunjukkan adanya aglomerasi sekunder yang parah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3) Analisis Luas Permukaan Spesifik (Metode BET)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Metode:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Metode BET menentukan luas permukaan spesifik partikel dengan mengukur adsorpsi gas. Metode ini memungkinkan perhitungan ukuran partikel primer teoritis untuk partikel bulat menggunakan rumus <em>Ukuran Partikel \u2248 6 \/ (Kepadatan \u00d7 Luas Permukaan Spesifik)<\/em>, dengan asumsi bahwa semua partikel adalah bola independen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kesimpulan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bandingkan ukuran partikel yang dihitung melalui metode BET dengan hasil dari mikroskop elektron atau XRD. Jika ukuran yang diperoleh dari BET lebih kecil, hal itu mungkin menunjukkan adanya pori-pori atau kekasaran permukaan pada partikel. Jika ukurannya mendekati ukuran partikel primer yang diukur dengan metode lain, keduanya saling menguatkan. Jika ukuran sebenarnya dari alat pengukur ukuran partikel jauh lebih besar daripada nilai yang diperoleh dari BET, hal itu kembali membuktikan adanya aglomerasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4) Uji Dispersi dan Ultrasonikasi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Metode:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebarkan sampel bubuk dalam pelarut yang sesuai dan amati setelah mengendap. Sedimentasi cepat yang membentuk pelet keras biasanya menunjukkan aglomerasi yang kuat. Selanjutnya, berikan perlakuan ultrasonik pada suspensi tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kesimpulan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jika ukuran partikel yang diukur dengan difraksi laser menurun secara signifikan dan mendekati ukuran partikel primer dari mikroskop elektron atau XRD setelah ultrasonikasi, hal itu menunjukkan bahwa aglomerasi sekunder yang lemah, yang dapat dipecah oleh gaya eksternal, telah terjadi sebelumnya.
