Premier chargement dans les soutes<\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La poudre m\u00e9lang\u00e9e est charg\u00e9e dans des creusets en c\u00e9ramique. Une petite quantit\u00e9 de poussi\u00e8re est captur\u00e9e par des filtres \u00e0 manches et r\u00e9int\u00e9gr\u00e9e au processus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-0-color\">5. Premier frittage (calcination)<\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les saggars entrent dans un four \u00e0 rouleaux chauff\u00e9 \u00e9lectriquement.&nbsp;<strong>Temp\u00e9rature : 1000\u20131100 \u00b0C<\/strong>;&nbsp;<strong>Dur\u00e9e : 20 \u00e0 28 heures<\/strong>. L&#039;oxyg\u00e8ne (provenant de l&#039;air) est introduit par un ventilateur. La r\u00e9action principale est la suivante\u00a0: 6Li\u2082CO\u2083 + 4Co\u2083O\u2084 + O\u2082 \u2192 12LiCoO\u2082 + 6CO\u2082<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seul du CO\u2082 est \u00e9mis \u2014 aucune formation de NOx n&#039;est observ\u00e9e en dessous de 1200 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\" id=\"h-6-first-crushing-the-role-of-jet-mills\"><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-0-color\">6. Premier broyage \u2013 Le r\u00f4le des broyeurs \u00e0 jet<\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s frittage, les agglom\u00e9rats de LCO sont achemin\u00e9s vers la section de concassage. Cette \u00e9tape utilise&nbsp;<strong>fraisage en deux \u00e9tapes<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>concassage fin<\/strong>\u00a0- Un\u00a0<strong>broyeur \u00e0 jet d&#039;air<\/strong>\u00a0r\u00e9duit encore la taille des particules d&#039;oxyde de lithium-cobalt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c9crasement grossier<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Un broyeur \u00e0 broches (broyeur \u00e0 roue rotative) r\u00e9duit les gros morceaux en poudre grossi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Comment fonctionnent les broyeurs \u00e0 jet d&#039;Epic Powder\u00a0:<\/strong>&nbsp;De l&#039;air comprim\u00e9 filtr\u00e9 et s\u00e9ch\u00e9 est inject\u00e9 \u00e0 grande vitesse dans la chambre de broyage par des buses sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7ues. \u00c0 l&#039;intersection de ces jets d&#039;air \u00e0 grande vitesse, les particules entrent en collision, se frottent et se cisaillent les unes contre les autres, assurant un broyage fin et uniforme sans contact direct avec le mat\u00e9riau. Une meule de classification \u00e0 grande vitesse s\u00e9pare les particules fines des particules grossi\u00e8res. Les particules dont la taille est conforme aux exigences (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement D50 entre 4 et 20 \u00b5m) sont aspir\u00e9es dans un cyclone et un d\u00e9poussi\u00e9reur. Les particules trop grosses retombent dans la zone de broyage pour un broyage plus pouss\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pourquoi est-ce important pour LCO\u00a0? Le broyage par jet d&#039;air permet d&#039;obtenir une distribution granulom\u00e9trique pr\u00e9cise et \u00e9troite, essentielle \u00e0 la constance des performances de la batterie. Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9, qui consiste \u00e0 broyer les particules les unes sur les autres, \u00e9limine toute contamination par les abrasifs, condition indispensable \u00e0 l&#039;obtention de mat\u00e9riaux de cathode de haute puret\u00e9. La classification int\u00e9gr\u00e9e garantit un rendement \u00e9lev\u00e9 et le syst\u00e8me ferm\u00e9 fonctionne sans poussi\u00e8re, la totalit\u00e9 du mat\u00e9riau collect\u00e9 \u00e9tant r\u00e9inject\u00e9e dans l&#039;\u00e9tape de pr\u00e9paration secondaire. Les gaz d&#039;\u00e9chappement propres sont rejet\u00e9s par une chemin\u00e9e de 26\u00a0m\u00e8tres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\" id=\"h-7-secondary-batching-coating\"><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-0-color\">7. Pr\u00e9paration secondaire (Rev\u00eatement)<\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le LCO broy\u00e9 est achemin\u00e9 par des canalisations ferm\u00e9es vers une machine de rev\u00eatement. Les mat\u00e9riaux de rev\u00eatement (Al(OH)\u2083, TiO\u2082, Mg(OH)\u2082) sont ajout\u00e9s et m\u00e9lang\u00e9s pendant 20 \u00e0 60 minutes.
