Contexte et importance de la recherche<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les batteries lithium-ion sont largement utilis\u00e9es dans les batteries de puissance, les syst\u00e8mes de stockage d&#039;\u00e9nergie et l&#039;\u00e9lectronique grand public en raison de leurs avantages\u00a0: densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique \u00e9lev\u00e9e, puissance \u00e9lev\u00e9e, longue dur\u00e9e de vie et respect de l&#039;environnement. Parmi les mat\u00e9riaux cathodiques, le lithium fer phosphate (LiFePO\u2084 ou LFP) est devenu un mat\u00e9riau de cathode courant gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa grande s\u00e9curit\u00e9, son co\u00fbt relativement faible et sa bonne stabilit\u00e9 structurelle. Cependant, les performances de traitement du LFP affectent directement la qualit\u00e9 de la feuille d&#039;\u00e9lectrode et les performances de la batterie, le broyage \u00e9tant une \u00e9tape cl\u00e9 pour contr\u00f4ler la granulom\u00e9trie et la distribution des particules du mat\u00e9riau. M\u00e9thodes exp\u00e9rimentales<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le pr\u00e9curseur de LFP a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9 en utilisant du phosphate de fer comme source de fer par une m\u00e9thode de r\u00e9duction carbothermique. Le mat\u00e9riau initial, appel\u00e9 LFP-0, a \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenu apr\u00e8s s\u00e9chage par atomisation et frittage \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature. Un type QLM-2 <a href=\"\/fr\/products\/fluidized-bed-jet-mill-supplier\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Moulin \u00e0 jet\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">broyeur \u00e0 jet<\/a> a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 pour traiter du LFP-0 \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes vitesses d&#039;alimentation (0,50 kg\/h, 0,75 kg\/h, 1,00 kg\/h, 1,25 kg\/h) et pressions de broyage (15 m\u00b3\/h, 18 m\u00b3\/h, 21 m\u00b3\/h, 24 m\u00b3\/h), produisant plusieurs groupes d&#039;\u00e9chantillons. Les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physiques du mat\u00e9riau ont \u00e9t\u00e9 caract\u00e9ris\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#039;aide d&#039;un granulom\u00e8tre, d&#039;un microscope \u00e9lectronique \u00e0 balayage (MEB) et d&#039;un r\u00e9sistivom\u00e8tre \u00e0 poudre. Analyse du mat\u00e9riau initial avant broyage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le mat\u00e9riau LFP-0 non broy\u00e9 \u00e9tait constitu\u00e9 de particules sph\u00e9riques pr\u00e9sentant une distribution granulom\u00e9trique concentr\u00e9e\u00a0: D\u2085\u2080 \u00e9tait de 16,3\u00a0\u00b5m et Dmax d\u00e9passait 30\u00a0\u00b5m. La finesse de la suspension correspondante atteignait 37\u201339.<br>\u03bcm, d\u00e9passant la norme acceptable de la ligne de production (\u2264 35 \u03bcm). La densit\u00e9 de compactage de la feuille d&#039;\u00e9lectrode n&#039;\u00e9tait que de 2,17 g\/cm\u00b3, inf\u00e9rieure aux exigences des batteries de stockage d&#039;\u00e9nergie (\u2265 2,40 g\/cm\u00b3). Bien que la capacit\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifique de d\u00e9charge \u00e0 0,1 C ait atteint 160,8 mAh\/g, les faibles performances de traitement ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de broyage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IV. Impact de la vitesse d&#039;alimentation sur les performances du LFP<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En maintenant la pression de broyage constante \u00e0 21 m\u00b3\/h, l&#039;influence des diff\u00e9rentes vitesses d&#039;alimentation a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9e :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. <strong>Taille et morphologie des particules :<\/strong> Des vitesses d&#039;alimentation plus faibles ont permis d&#039;am\u00e9liorer l&#039;efficacit\u00e9 du broyage. Les particules de LFP-I50 (0,50 kg\/h) \u00e9taient uniformes avec Dmax &lt; 10 \u03bcm ; LFP-I75 (0,75 kg\/h) pr\u00e9sentait une l\u00e9g\u00e8re agglom\u00e9ration avec Dmax &lt; 20 \u03bcm ; tandis que LFP-I100 et LFP-I125, en raison d&#039;une vitesse d&#039;alimentation excessivement \u00e9lev\u00e9e, pr\u00e9sentaient des particules insuffisamment bris\u00e9es avec Dmax proche de 50 \u03bcm, similaire au mat\u00e9riau initial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. <strong>Performances des boues et des feuilles d&#039;\u00e9lectrodes :<\/strong> \u00c0 mesure que la vitesse d&#039;alimentation augmentait, la finesse de la suspension augmentait significativement (de 21 \u03bcm \u00e0 42 \u03bcm), la teneur en solides augmentait l\u00e9g\u00e8rement et la viscosit\u00e9 variait peu. Impact de la pression de broyage sur les performances du LFP<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 une vitesse d&#039;alimentation constante de 0,75 kg\/h, l&#039;influence de diff\u00e9rentes pressions de broyage a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9e :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Taille et morphologie des particules : \u00c0 une pression de 15 m\u00b3\/h, la rupture des particules \u00e9tait insuffisante, avec Dmax &gt; 10 \u03bcm ; lorsque la pression augmentait \u00e0 21 m\u00b3\/h et plus, Dmax diminuait \u00e0 moins de 20 \u03bcm ; la grande majorit\u00e9 des particules LFP-V24 (24 m\u00b3\/h) \u00e9taient plus petites que 2 \u03bcm, avec une distribution de taille concentr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.
