C&#039;est un semi-conducteur pr\u00e9sent naturellement dans la moissanite, un min\u00e9ral extr\u00eamement rare. Le carbure de silicium est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement disponible en deux vari\u00e9t\u00e9s\u00a0: le carbure de silicium noir et le carbure de silicium vert, tous deux de l&#039;\u03b1-SiC. La granulom\u00e9trie du carbure de silicium est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e par <a href=\"\/fr\/products\/fluidized-bed-jet-mill-supplier\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Moulin \u00e0 jet\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fraisage au jet<\/a> Sa granulom\u00e9trie varie g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de 3 \u00e0 100 microns (d97). Il est principalement utilis\u00e9 pour le traitement de mat\u00e9riaux \u00e0 faible r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction. Les outils de rectification qui en sont issus peuvent r\u00e9duire la rugosit\u00e9 de surface de Ra 32\u20130,16 micron \u00e0 Ra 0,04\u20130,02 micron en un seul passage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Utilisations du carbure de silicium<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s chimiques stables, sa conductivit\u00e9 thermique \u00e9lev\u00e9e, son faible coefficient de dilatation thermique et son excellente r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&#039;usure, le carbure de silicium offre de nombreuses applications au-del\u00e0 des abrasifs. Par exemple, un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 sp\u00e9cial permet d&#039;appliquer de la poudre de carbure de silicium sur les parois internes des turbines ou des blocs-cylindres, am\u00e9liorant ainsi la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&#039;usure et allongeant la dur\u00e9e de vie de 1 \u00e0 2 fois. Les mat\u00e9riaux r\u00e9fractaires de haute qualit\u00e9 fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de carbure de silicium offrent r\u00e9sistance aux chocs thermiques, compacit\u00e9, l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9, r\u00e9sistance \u00e9lev\u00e9e et efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.
