The production line is designed for the continuous processing of challenging resin materials. It efficiently handles raw feed with an initial size of 3mm, transforming it into a fine, consistent powder. The system guarantees a final product fineness of D90: 26.2μm while maintaining a stable output of 500kg per hour. This level of precision and throughput is critical for the client’s downstream applications in high-performance polyurethane products.
