Nachdem die Druckluft gefiltert und getrocknet wurde, wird sie mit hoher Geschwindigkeit durch die Lavald\u00fcse in die Mahlkammer gespr\u00fcht. An der Kreuzung mehrerer Hochdruckluftstr\u00f6me werden die Materialien wiederholt kollidiert, gerieben und geschert, um zerkleinert zu werden. Die gemahlenen Materialien steigen mit der Saugkraft des Ventilators auf. Der Luftstrom bewegt sich zum Klassierbereich. Unter der starken Zentrifugalkraft, die von der schnell rotierenden Klassierturbine erzeugt wird, werden die groben und feinen Materialien getrennt.
