Die technischen Anforderungen waren hoch: Das Material musste auf eine Feinheit von D90 < 10 \u03bcm verarbeitet werden, bei gleichzeitig stabilem Durchsatz von 130 kg\/h. Herk\u00f6mmliche mechanische M\u00fchlen konnten diese Feinheit nicht ohne das Risiko von W\u00e4rmesch\u00e4den oder Metallverunreinigungen erreichen. Flie\u00dfbettstrahlm\u00fchle<\/a> die ideale L\u00f6sung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nach umfangreichen Untersuchungen stellten sie fest, dass das Jet-Mill-Mahlsystem die erwarteten Ergebnisse besser lieferte. Der entscheidende Unterschied lag in der F\u00e4higkeit der M\u00fchle, mithilfe von Selbstklassifizierungstechnologie eine extrem enge Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfenverteilung zu erzeugen und so sicherzustellen, dass keine zu gro\u00dfen Partikel im Endprodukt verblieben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
